Hospitality Operations & Performance Edge provides practical consulting support for restaurants, bars and hospitality venues in Sydney. We help operators improve day-to-day operations, control costs, develop their teams and prepare for new venue openings.
Our approach draws on more than 16 years of hospitality experience, including over 11 years of restaurant and bar ownership and operation. We work closely with venue owners and managers to understand their challenges, identify priorities and put practical improvements into action.
The Experience Behind HOPE
Consulting services are delivered by Badrul Haider, whose experience includes operating restaurants and a cocktail bar, managing multiple venues and leading teams of up to 25 staff.
His background covers budgeting, labour and food cost control, recruitment, training, supplier management, functions and new venue setup. This experience brings a practical understanding of both service delivery and the commercial pressures facing hospitality operators.
